A Flower Garden In Winter?
It would seem odd to see flowers, far less for a whole flower garden in the winter. You might actually think that would be impossible, but it is not if the flowers were artificial. Imagine there’s snow every where & all the trees with no leaves, the grass all around is dead, brown & covered with snow & out of nowhere you see an entire garden filled with all sorts of colorful & healthy looking flowers.
These types of gardens look great & are practically maintenance free, all you have to do is set it up you do not have to trim it & you do not have to water it, all you have to do is set it up & watch it beautify all of it is surroundings. Artificial gardens are perfect for areas that do not get very much rain as they do not require watering, & are ideal for people with allergies who still want a garden. Artificial gardens can be made from plastic, silk or an amalgamation of the two, with flowers available in dozens of different types, colors & sizes & the best part is they are usually free of insects. Some artificial gardens also have artificial trees, bushes & grass which helps to give the garden an even more realistic & wholesome look.
Water fountains & clay ornaments are also included in some gardens; these items may seem like an insignificant addition but they can make a very big difference in the aesthetics of your garden. A small elf peeking out from behind a fake rose bush or a dragonfly perched on a petunia blossom, looking like it is at rest can be just the charming accents needed to add the final touches of realism to your artificial garden. A set of wind chimes hanging in your garden can add a feeling of whimsy to the space & provide beautiful ambient noise as you stroll around your garden snuggled into coats & sweaters.
If you like, you can decorate your winter garden for Christmas, Easter, Hanukkah, Ramadan or New Years Eve with twinkle lights & garlands. You could transform your garden into a winter wonder land with Santa Claus, a sleigh, Rudolph & the other seven reindeers, for the children, or you could have Santa & Mrs. Claus, or if you go for the non-denominational & a snow man. A lot of people also set up a manger with the three wise men, Mary & the baby Jesus.
